As Founder and CEO of GroundFlights, Thomas works with his team to remove the stress from corporate travel, offering busy and in-demand professionals the ability to stay productive and comfortable while traveling on business.
Thomas started flying and gaining knowledge of airline structure and practices when he was 17 and earned his Commercial Pilots
License and multi-engine ratings by the time he was 20. He has a degree in technology form Johnson & Wales University and two Bachelor Degrees in Aeronautical Science and Aviation Business Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautics University (ERAU). Since graduating, he has started a successful non-profit organization that funds teenagers to obtain their pilots license and then briefly flew for the airlines. Most recently, Thomas completed the Rollins Graduate Certificate in Advanced Entrepreneurship, which was offered to him due to GroundFlights wining the 2011 B.I.G, Awards (*Business Innovation and Growth) under the Judge’s Choice category for their innovative business model and attention to superior customer service.
